I am sick of the implication that being overweight is just due to lack of self control ! Sure that's part of it but I'm sure you'll agree most of us with the yoyo bodies DO try hard ..........
These days there's so much talk about the health risks of being overweight. Everyone claims THEY have the answers.....For many of us its a constant uphill battle .We may have wins..... but then we slack off and the kilos come thundering back with a vengeance .
So how can we successfully change our lifestyle and keep it changed !? What are the real health risks ? Has Medical science got the answers?
