Well, it's here again ....and it only seems like yesterday : Tomorrow is New Year's Eve . An night  when many of us will once again make resolutions to improve our health or change bad habits – some of us will resolve never to make a New Years resolution again !

That’s because habits are hard to kick.

If you have an addiction whether it is cigarettes, alcohol, drugs or computer games, stopping is hard to do alone.

Maybe the resolution this year should be to get some help to deal with bad habits and addiction.

This evening on the program I want to concentrate on dealing with addiction - what it is and how to beat it.

MY GUESTS INCLUDE

Todd Harper  - CEO Vic Health , formerly Executive Director of  QUIT

Robin Room  -  Professor of Alcohol Policy Research at the School of Population Health, University of Melbourne and the Director of the Centre for Alcohol Policy Research at Turning Point.
