The  Great  Aussie Steak ! 

On our program on Saturday 9th November  we discussed meat, health  and how to find ,  prepare and cook the perfect steak. 

We talked to an expert from Meat and Livestock Australia about meat and especially the effect the current drought is having on the industry.

Vlado recommended using only OX if you want the best steak - I have had so many emails from people asking me WHERE do you get it ........

NOTE - MLA have informed  me that OX is probably what you are buying from your butcher  as steak - it doesn't get called Ox -  more likely called Steer.
